We are looking for a manager of operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrative management
Greet and check in visitors and deliveries, maintain office facilities and provide general administrative support.
Ensure company procedures, operating guidelines and best practices are followed
Manage complex projects that enhance office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Maintain and develop relationships with office vendors.
Manage credit cards, budgets, expenses and office related invoices.
Assist with human resources management, including administration of recruitment, benefit plans, payroll management, health benefit administration and on/off-boarding of employees

2. Business Management
Provide supervisory level responsibility in all facets of conducting business as well as day-to-day tasks
Monitor and enforce all policies, standards and procedures within the company
Have good knowledge of and assure the company comply with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures regarding multinational corporation management, international international transactions and other related issues.
Assist with financial management so as to create the highest level of efficiency for the operation of businesses.
Help establish and maintain team spirit among all departments


Job Requirements:


5 years of administrative and business management experience.
2 years of supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree in administrative management, business management, finance, accounting, human resources or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
A broad knowledge of business administrative responsibilities.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
Proficiency with a variety of office software (Outlook, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)) and can accurately handle more complex administrative duties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
