LED Sales Associate

We are looking for sales associates.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Make recommendations to customers and ascertains customer’s individual or business purchase needs
Submit purchase orders
Assist in managing, arranging and documenting customer shipments, prepare relevant documents
Assist in resolving customer complaints and queries
Acquire new customers
Travel around the US for tradeshows and customer visits
Suggest ways to improve sales
Meet sales targets
The position can start from entry level and then move up to Sales Manager after required knowledge and experience.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience working in lighting projects
Effective communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of LED lighting
Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Valid driver’s license
