EP6005A/B fluorescence rubber

Brief Introduction 

EP6005A/B fluorescence rubber is a kind of organic silicon epoxy resin product with excellent properties of anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging. It can be used as LED package material. With various color of LED phosphors our company developed, it can be used to package LED with various colors, such as white, warm white, pink red, water green and so on. In general conditions, the light efficiency of packaged LED can remain even slightly increase after 1000 hours lighting.

Mix EP6005A and EP6005B according to 1:1(reference), then mix phosphor and the rubber mixture in a proper proportion and make the phosphor dispersed evenly. After defoaming, daub it on the chip surface, and cure it for 1.5 to 2 hours under 150, then continue to other steps. u NoteIn order to prevent phosphor precipitation and epoxy early curingplease use it as soon as 

possible after blending, try not place exceed 4 hours.
