ZYP540 – Yellow phosphor for LEDs

Brief Introduction

The yellow phosphor ZYP540 is a new product independently developed by our company. It is YAG phosphor which has the performance of high brightness and low luminous decay. It is more applicable to the manufacture of high CRI white LED and other white LED lighting products. It can also realize green LED by using with blue chips.

u     Appearance：Yellow crystal powder.

u     Chemical Component：Rare earth garnet.

u     Chemical Stability：No decomposability in water, strong stability from -50℃ to 300℃ in the air.

u     Safety Capability：Meet the RoHS standard, no radiation, no toxicity, no hazard to human, and no pollution to environment.

Main parameters

Usages

u     Can be applied to package green LEDs with blue or UV chips.

u     Mixed with yellow phosphors, high color temperature and high CRI can be packaged with blue chips.

u     Mixed with yellow phosphor and red phosphor very high CRI white LEDs can be packaged   with blue chips.

Directions

u     Weigh phosphors and epoxy or silicone in correct concentration. Mix phosphors and silicone well and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Package some LEDs and measure. Adjust concentration and repeat until desired CIE is achieved.  (Can be mixed with other phosphors)

Packaging and Storage

u     Packaging：100g/bottle.

u     Storage conditions: Keep products sealed in packaging and store in a clean and dry environment.
