Phosphor materials for LEDs
Yuji company is devoting to developing and producing the new and high-performance phosphors for white LEDs, and own invention patents on manufacturing phosphors and its application. In 2006, Beijing Nakamura Yuji Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was set up by Beijing Yuji Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Nakamura Scientific Instruments Industry Co., LTD.（Japan）,which is specializing in developing, producing and sales of phosphor materials, silicon resin, epoxy resin and other semiconductor packaging material, Yuji developed high-performance aluminate yellow phosphor, new oxynitride green phosphor and red phosphor, which greatly expand the spectral range of white LED and create the conditions for making high-color rendering white LED. In 2008, The red and green oxynitride phosphors obtained the R&D and Innovation Award in the 2nd National Semiconductor Lighting Products and Application of Innovation Contest held by China Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Research and Industry Association.
